In summary, we do not rent, sell or distribute your private information to anyone outside of Money Formula / Home Money Manager Australia and its trusted third-party service providers who assist us in providing our app and services (including but not limited to Google Play, Apple App Store, AWS, Google Cloud and Paypal).

If you wish to create a Money Formula account you will need a username and password, with the username being a valid email address. Accounts can only be created by Australian residents based in Australia.

As part of your account management you will also be required to enter a first name and surname when you are ready to enter your data. All other financial information you enter into the MoneyFormula App is optional depending on how you want to use the product and which features you are interested in using.

The app DOES NOT collect any of the following types of information including: Location, Health and Fitness, Messages (emails / SMS / etc.), Photos and Vidoes, Audio Files, Files and Docs, Calendar, Contacts or other Personal Details.

If you have a MoneyFormula account and you no longer need it, you can request to have the account deleted.

From within the Money Formula app go to the Help / Support section and choose the "Contact Support" option.

Select "Technical Support" as the subject and request to have your account deleted. The Home Money Manager team will confirm your deletion and then remove and delete your account and all of your data.

All data entered and collected in the app is encrypted in transit to servers located within Australia and the data is encrypted at rest in Australia. You can request to delete your account and all data at any time (refer to Deleting Your Account above).

Money Formula / Home Money Manager Australia uses your data to personalise your experience, process orders and payments, respond to your inquiries and support requests and provide and maintain the app. By using the MoneyFormula app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this privacy policy.

Money Formula / Home Money Manager Australia retains your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Money Formula / Home Money Manager Australia provides order forms for you to buy products. When you place an order with us, we collect contact information and financial information so that we can process the order. The email address you provide is used to send you information about the order. The financial information is used to process the payment.

Money Formula / Home Money Manager Australia maintains automatic server logs of the activity on our site. This information is used to administer our site, our app, analyse general trends, track traffic and implement security.
